Gazelle gives you more money for your iPhone than Amazon or Apple, and it's service is just as easy (easier, in the case of Apple).

I found the entire process simple. The payment for me device was very fair. Very quick service. I would definitely do business with Gazelle again. I used the mail in service. Easy to print out labels for mailing. Very clear instructions on how the process worked.

ON line got the price I would get for my IPhone 6plus, based on the condition I stated.
I was sent a pre-paid box, the phone fine perfectly. I took it to the PO and deposited it in a big mail box, Within 10 days I got a check in the mail for the exact amount I was quoted.

This is my second time working with gazelle after selling 4 devices to them and the money is great and comes quickly after they receive the devices. However, Im still waiting for my second check which I have waited a week for and still have not received. Its a hefty check so Im worried about it.

Sold my iPad mini to gazelle as good condition. Upon receipt gazelle gave me an extra $5 over the initial offer. Everything was super easy. I opted for amazon $$ so after 5 days from delivery I received my amazon dollars.

I sent in my old iPhone 6, and it was in good condition. The initial offer was $100, but after I sent it in to them, they found a significant amount of scratches and cracks(... umm where?) and adjusted the payment to $40(more like ripped me off). Its absolute crap, and Im never using this site again.
