I signed up to pay 99 pence to try it for just one day. I phoned & spoke to a person to give debit card details and they tried to hard sell longer, more expensive membership which I refused & I repeated several times I only wanted a one day membership.

Two days later I found they had already taken and extra £25 from my bank without any authorisation at all from me and were now trying to take a third payment of £42 totally £67 more than I authorised. They are liars and thieves - criminals in other words. Also their website is actually almost completely unusable & an utter waste of anyone's time DO NOT EVER BOTHER USING THIS NASTY WEBSITE

Ok glad I checked the reviews. I have 20 messages (signed up 20 mins ago). Yeah they do pound you with the marketing stuff (I keep ignoring). The discount keeps getting higher the longer I use it. Really want to try it without paying, Data harvesting? Not sold on this totally but looks likely. They do promote other sites you just decline to sign up. As for the bots sending messages, looks true as how can I have 20 messages from all these hotties when Grindr is dead (it's 5am here) - but how can they pull that off? Give me a free trial for 3 days and then I'll consider it. Hard to know without taking the plunge. If they are playing those tactics, I wouldn't trust any positive reviews on here. Some are so obviously fake

I signed up for a trial (99p) and decided it wasn't for me and I had to go through a lengthy phone call to cancel, which I did. They have been trying to take £42 from my bank every month, my card gets frozen and I speak to my bank then they change their company and slightly and try again this month they succeeded in getting money, I now have the painful process of cancelling my card entirely and trying to get that money back. This company should be shut down and the directors arrested.

Gaystryst is a good dating site, easy to use, and you can use any device to operate it. Although I have had dirty chats. I am still patient to see whether I will find a physical date.

This app is a total scam. When you purchase the one day trial, they automatically sign you up for the 1-month trial without your consent. And even if you cancel the one day trial, there is a multi-step cancellation process that if you only cancel from your phone, that will not successfully cancel your subscription. When you ask for a refund, they give you a hassle and try to quote their terms of agreement (which is also not easily accessible). After arguing with the rep I got a partial refund of $5 form the $19 that was taken from me. (On the phone the rep said I would receive a refund but never stated that it would be partial). Then on top of that, when you make a GaysTryst account, it also signs you up for a GoGO Dating account that has a separate subscription fee. I was not even aware of this fact until I received another $19 charge. (from the same company) To make things worse, this was AFTER I spoke with a rep to cancel all subscriptions, delete me account, and issue a refund. There is no way to delete the account from your phone and when you go to "remove" your account from the desktop site, all it does it move you to free subscription. Please do not waste your time and money using this site. Most of the users are fake and customer service is not professional. You will end up on the phone for weeks trying to cancel this account and stop them from charging your card.

I am one of those people who look for the worst in everything. Yeah, there are some bad things about flirt.com but I cannot fault the service and its members. It is the most amazing thing I have ever done online and I am now a heavy user.
