I am new to Garrett Wade products, but I will be looking forward to future shopping with what is obviously a company interested in providing quality products.

I placed an order on October 31,2020. It was easy as 123. I have also received feed back from Garrett Wade confirming my order and explaining that my items have shipped and what items were on backorder. The staff is helpful and polite. I'm waiting for my items to arrive, so that's all I can say for now. However I can see myself doing business with Garrett Wade again as the quality of their products is first class.

As usual it was swift and the toys (?) just great. My kids, both in their 60's, really enjoy them!

I ordered the rachet pruners for my son-in-law who is a landscaper. He thinks they are awesome! Definitely cuts through thicker branches easily. He likes the ease of blade replacement as well.

These folks make really gorgeous tools and gifts, including garden items, and the service is really quite good. Watch for the sales!

Well made, well designed, and worth every cent. I have never received a product I was not positive about.

Website is attractive, easy to navigate with complete and accurate descriptions. Customer service was prompt and courteous. Items arrived well packaged and as described. I just became a lifetime customer.

I took the Italian made waffle iron to moose camp.
It worked great, everyone loved the waffles that where made with it.
One thing though... it is 4.5"x5" not 4"x4".

We had two thermal espresso mugs with problems; ocelots its handle and the other had holes in its finish that held liquids.The customer service rep who helped was very cooperative and we soon received two replacement cups.

After an initial report of a product problem, the issue was handed off to a product specialist who dropped the ball and didn't return my phone calls or text. It now has been 5 days.
