I ordered a climbing rose from gardenplantnursery.shop due to good price. When it arrived, however, I saw why the price was lower than competitors' pricing.; The plant was all of 4 inches tall, the diameter of a toothpick, and had no branches. It was literally a 4 inch tall green stick. I planted it and babied it,but it did not survive. In accordance with their replacement guarantee, I contacted them for replacement. I was requested to send photos. I sent a jpeg photo from cell phone to their site. No response. In my follow up, they claimed they could not open the attachment. Very strange not to be able to open a jpeg photo, don't you think? I re-sent it and got no repsonse. I tried by follow up email and still receive no response. So it is clear that they do NOT stand by their so-called 30 day replacement guarantee. Also, the business is very sketchy. The name they use on charging credit cards is: tuanphong. I recommend based on my experience with gardenplantnursery.shop is to pay a little more from another company and avoid getting sub-par plants with absolutely no customer service. The photo shows the original size and diameter of the dead sprig 30 days after receipt.
