Love the look of the product but they sent me two cabinets (one cabinet and one grill cabinet) that differ in height. When the two cabinets stand next to each other and you align the top of the cabinets, the feet on the one cabinet is complete screwed out and the other cabinet the feet are completely screwed in. Thus the bottom of the doors do not align. Customer service has no clue how to resolve and keep in referring this back to the manufacturer.

I ordered a 4 gallon tub of adhesive and I only received a 1 gallon. In the end I did get the 4 gallon tub but it took a month from start to finish to receive.

Although it doesn't say it well on their website, my experience with the 75 mil vinyl "parking pad" sold by garage giant was less than good. The problem is that the vinyl won't "relax" and lay flat. Once I wrote garage giant for help, they responded that the 75 mil parking pass had to be glued to the floor with acrylic adhesive, and rolled. But in Michigan, where I live, the temperature of the garage floor cement isn't supportive of acrylic adhesive installation until June or even July (50 degrees). So, I have to wait until the summer to have the parking pad professionally installed. My advice after all of this: Don't buy the 75 mil vinyl parking pad if you live in a cold climate until summertime. It's a great product, looks great and seems very resilient, but it won't lay flat easily.

Order placed on the 04/10/21 item received 04/20/21 wrong item arrived was suppose to be a 4 gallon pale of adhesive and it was a 1 gallon. They said it was there mistake and the 4 gallon pale will be back in stock and ship by 04/26/21 even though on the site it says it's in stock. I'm yet to Receive any confirmation of shipping and its 05/03/21. Waste of time when you're trying to run a business. Avoid this company.

I am so pleased with the quality of these units. They replaced my sagging fiberboard storage units and I am sure these will last much, much longer. They came well packaged and minimal assembly.

Great cabinets and very well packed. Delivery was excellent also. Will buy more again.

Item was a little slow coming in, but customer service kept me apprised and was very responsive.

I have been searching for cabinets for 3 weeks and was getting ready to purchase from another company but I found this company looking at a news story. Garage Giant is the cheapest and easiest site. I found the site put the items I wanted in the cart and ordered. I did no more shopping once I found Garage Giant

Unfortunately. There has been 2 shipping mistakes.
I received my shippment from garage giant the first week of Febuary.
11/2 weeks later I refused a second delivery of the same order.
Today I refused a third delivery.

My overall experience was good. I ordered the first week of January and I got my purchase second week of February. However, it did say at time of my purchase that It will not ship out until about the third week of January due to the pandemic. I completely understand so I went ahead and made my purchase. 3rd week came along and I have not received an email at least. I called the number and did get someone on the line very quickly and I was told that they would restock and send out the first week of February. I waited and still received no email. The first week of February came so I called a second time and again someone help me right away. I was told I would receive an email within the next few days once they get a respond knowing what's going on. About a week later I get an email saying that my item has shipped so I would say it took about a month and 2 weeks. Once I got my item it was very well packed and it was as described. I love my purchase and I'm very happy and satisfied with it. I honestly didn't get upset or bothered because of the shipping time. I knew it was going to take longer than normal and I was just being patient. Of coarse It was a long time but, I would totally purchase again from them. By the way everything was very well packed. Everything was labeled and I was able to put together easily

Aside from New Age being very slow to get items out, the experience with Garage Giant was excellent.

The shelves arrived but the side arms were missing. I wanted for 3 days and they didn't arrive. One call to customer service and they took care of it. My project was done on time. I will definitely order again from garage giant.

Great help through e-mail and chat.My new condo has no inside storage, I love these shelves in my garage. I store Christmas decorations, suit cases coolers and much, much more.

Of course the ordering process was easy. Great customer service experience. Would buy from again without hesitation.

Well made heavy duty cabinets. I like how solid and durable the Bamboo counter top seems. I do wish that there was some way of connecting it. I will probably drill some holes from inside the cabinets and connect the top.

My cabinets are great. They came in great condition and we're just as I expected. The delivery stunk. The guy left me with a huge pallet to get rid of and he refused to take it back
