Good service and helpful over the phone. Some additional product details on the website would be helpful. Also, I ordered a 5x10' garage mat and needed to exchange it for a different pattern (the ribs went the wrong way for my project yet this info was not provided on the website) and was required to pay return shipping of $35+ AND original shipping ($35+) on a $100 purchase. Decided to keep it to sell on eBay rather than take such a big hit. The website explained that I would have to pay return shipping, but I did not know my credit would deduct the original shipping costs, as well.
