The overall experience was good. Shopping was easy. The tiles are excellent. I'm deducting one star because I ordered the B4 floor prep and when I contacted customer service for application instructions, they hadn't heard of the product and weren't of much help.
The process for ordering & receiving couldn't have been easier. I won't be unboxing the floor mat until November when we turn the space back to an actual garage space for the car. I will be glad to rate the item at that time.

Everything went well. Product was as advertised and installation was perfect.
Product shipped promptly and was exactly as described. It is reasonably easy to put down, and stays in place without adhesives. It does require a bit of work to get the ends to uncurl, and if possible should be installed in warm weather.
I appreciate the fact that they provide free samples of the floor tiles. Made the selection process super easy
