Just an OK I guess. The item was a little pricey but it's what I needed. I also think it would have been better if the item were rolled up versus folded because it will not lay flat in the center areas until highly heated now.

Great product! Containment mats were the answer to our garage floor issues. We have heated floor garages at both our homes, however our lake home doesn't have floor drains and the mess from the vehicle and four wheelers was awful to clean. The containment mats are working great and the shop vac is the answer to get up the water and road sand after it melts. Our four wheelers return packed with snow in the winter after riding on the lake so the snow has to melt off them and the mat is the answer! They really hold a lot and clean up great! Love them and the great service from this company! 6 stars!

Order process was smooth and timely. Product does not lay as flat/relaxed as I hoped after a couple of weeks. I've tried flattening with a push broom, but the creases keep folding back. Still works pretty well, but higher maintenance than I was hoping.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. Too cold. Will have to wait till spring so I can clean the floor first.

Two problems that were resolved.
1) Order was shipped twice from manufacturer. Found out after receiving initial shipment. Was able to contact garagefloorinc and get second shipment turned around.
2) Order arrived with one box open and loose tiles on the shipping pallet. Some were dirty but not were damaged.
Overall very satisfied with product and support from garagefloorinc. Floor is now installed in my shop with no issues (110 tiles).

Your service is excellent. The floor mat does contain the water, salt & mud under the car so it is rather a mess. The mat seems a little flimsy, but will see how it holds up. Incidentally, I have a 2012 Honda CRV-LX & the 16' mat is plenty long. This might help other customers & save them the higher price of the longer mat.
Bought 2 for myself, and liked them so much that I bought a 3rd one for a Christmas gift. Came right in time. Thank you!
EASY UNDERSTANDABLE, EASY NAVIGATION, EASY CHECKOUT
Via e-mail I was told I would receive a call to set up / confirm a delivery time. That never happened, the delivery driver showed up completely unannounced. I arrived at my house only moments before he did, dressed semi-professional. I wanted to prepare my garage before his arrival but that never happened. Since the temps here have already dropped to 10 degrees, I now plan on waiting still spring to unwrap & put down. In short... happy w/ the product / price but not the manner of delivery.
Shopping was easy, wish there had been online reviews of the product, preferably from users with several years with your product as I'm not familiar with either your company or the product.
