Everything was great. My questions were answered the next day. Calculator was simple but helpful. When I first found site, there was a discount involved. Mine was $7.23 off of a $725.00 order? WOW
Also, I was not clear on how the 3" Edging was to be used. There is Male & Female. I didn't know if I would need either one but ordered them just in case. Now I'll see how the return policy works. That part of the installation / ordering wasn't clear to me.

I placed my order on their website and had my delivery (free shipping) literally the next day. After a few days, I was able to get some time to do the install and realized they had shipped me three full boxes of the wrong color. I called and spoke to a very friendly representative who apologized for the error and let me know they would be rushing out the three boxes of the proper color. I was also asked to leave the three boxes that I needed to return outside the next day for UPS pickup. By the end of that next day, my returns were picked up, and my new tiles had arrived. It really could not have been a more easy or quick return process - I didn't need to print any return labels or anything! So the next Saturday I was able to get the install completed with relative ease. It took a total of about 3 1/2 hours to prep, install 400SF of tile, and clean up; at least half of that time was for all the cuts around the perimeter and the stairs leading into the house. The field tiles go down in no time...I found that laying out stacks of 5 in the correct orientation and using a small rubber mallet really helped to speed things up. Cutting the tiles is easy enough with standard woodworking tools. Overall, the tiles look great, seem to be of good quality, and I couldn't have asked for better service despite the error in the original shipment.
