Our local GameStop is good. Always good customer service, very helpful. I buy games for my son, more expensive now then when I was a kid. But what can you do. Like the fact we can get used games for a good price, what I like best here.
I love this store because they have awesome games. Whenever I need new game. I just contact them and they deliver my order very quickly. Just awesome.
Don't get me wrong plenty of products to choose from, but be prepared to be raped by the trade ins.
Recently pre ordered a game for my son. It was released on the fourth. They sent it on the fifth. Happy enough with that. I've also ordered a board game through them that came in time for Christmas. Reasonable shipping.
When I try calling to see how much I could get in cash or store credit for my games or items they tell me to look at the website for prices there big ripoffs with the games my son bought the old call of duty Ghost when it for came out we paid in payment till it was paid off well when he passed the whole game we took it back and got less then 20$ which that's messed up.
The website is semi-usable. Way too many graphics opening up obscuring the meat of the site. I get it, you want to make money... you would be making a sale if you would shut those ads off...
I really like this store. They usually have the game I am looking for, even for older gaming systems. And they are reasonably priced. I like that they offer used games as well.
Its the shop where i can buy all my desired game. Always love the collection and quality. Keep rocking guys
The store is cool, but now that I can download games it kind of makes it irrelevant.
I have joined this store for past 3 years because I have a 9 year old grandson. It helps because they help keep track of purchases. I had a problem At Christmas because I didn't get game added to his list, when he received 2 of same I tried to exchange mine and they would not with out receipt even though they recognized I bought day before. We had to go back and get receipt. Hassle I did not think was great
They are always so helpful and kind. I enjoy shopping there.
The in store employees are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about there products. Have been to there stores over a 100 times in my life, sometimes buying, sometimes just looking and I have never had a bad experience.
Twice I ordered a Samsung Galaxy tab s 10.5" from the online store which was listed as being in stock at the time of purchase. On the first occasion, the order was cancelled because the item being out of stock. I thought, fair enough, a minor mistake on the website. Subsequently, the item was then correctly displayed as out of stock. Days later it shows up back in stock on the website and so naturally, I thought that they must have ordered more in. I proceded to order once more only for the exact same thing to happen! I now have to wait for the money to go back into my bank account as a result of a needless mistake that was made twice!
I bought a few games for my brother for Christmas. When I checked their site a few days before, I noticed 50% or more savings on video games during boxing week sales. Quickly returned my purchases and got my brother a gift card. He got all the games he wanted and then some!
Made me the hero of Christmas, at least in my brother's eyes.

I ordered my son's birthday/Christmas gift from the website. It was easy to navigate through and I understood everything that I needed to do.
Once I received the package I checked to be sure everything was in it. It looked like one of the games was missing. I called customer service and they were nice enough to send another game out. I have since found the game (it was stuck on the bubble wrap that fell behind the bed) and will be sending the other game back. I would definitely order form them again.
