I have found this mobile phone game web site to be quite unreliable, after months of trying to get the games onto my phone, deleting in the process the two games I already had on it, they decided to simply refund my ten pounds, even though I had effectively lost the games I deleted to make room for the new ones, as I was assured that the game codes beginning with a 10 would work on my phone.
I have now been given a refund of the ten pounds through my paypal account, but they were even to tight to pay the paypal fee, effectively only giving me £9.46.
I was totally disgusted with the way things were dealt with, I have even experienced problems accessing my account since telling them what I thought about the way they treat their customers.
It really is so frustrating being unable to deal with someone personally when the problem was taking so long to get sorted and although customer support was answered quite quickly it would have been much better if there had been someone you could actually talk to, to deal with problems in a more satisfactory way.
