We purchased 140 ounces of silver on 9/17/25, we were told it would ship in 5-8 weeks. When I called them at 5 weeks, they told me their policy changed to 8-12 weeks, and when I called just before Christmas, they told me that they would be closed until the first week in January and my order would ship then. I called on January 5 and was told that they would get back with me at the end of the week. By then we were so frustrated we contacted the BBB and Florida State Attorney Office. I received a call back from the State Attorney telling me they are investigating the numerous complaints they have received; they must have contacted Gainesville Coin because I got a call back from Nate saying they were cancelling my order. With the price of silver skyrocketing since we placed our order, I don't believe they had any intentions on filling our order. They just used our money for 4 months.

I would discourage anyone from using this company, because it's highly unlikely you will actually get what you purchased.

Do not invest in them. They are liars and full of fake promises. L invested and I have noting to show for it. My money gone since August and no respond from their customer support. All thanks to Henry who referred me to Skycytrack, they are reliable and I have been refunded.

Purchased 100 gram gold bar. Waited 3.5 months and never received. Spoke with Nate, told me he was sending gold bar. Price of gold went up so they kept my bar and sent back my money. This seems illegal. Have purchased from this company many times in the past. No customer loyalty or service exists.

We have used Gainesville in the past with good results, but our April '24 order's promised dates have come & gone and our answers from Gainesville are very vague & non-committal, like "best info I have is that it's processing". Something smells bad here. Interestingly their website now makes you click on a 7 WEEK cycle before you can access their full website. Take your $$ elsewhere.

I ordered $459.00 of silver coins and sent them a check. They got the check on January 2 2024, they wait 10 m days for the check to clear, That would be January 12Th,wouldn't you think they would be putting the order together now. On January 29TH,I asked where my order was and got z song and dance. It is now February 6 2024 and STILL NO ORDER!

I ordered (20) silver rounds on 28Oct2023. My check was received on 03Nov23. There was a (10) day hold, after which I expected my coins to ship (17Nov2023). It is the 21Dec2023 and no word when my coins will ship. Never order coins from Gainesville Coins! There are so many reputable bullion dealers out there - why deal will a company like Gainesville Coins that doesn't deliver.

Ordered some silver coins on December 1 and was told 2-3 weeks, called and now it's 4-6 weeks. Asked about refund policy and they said there would be a return penalty. WHAT? Never recieved it how can they assess a return penalty. Definitely going to contact Florida AG office. These people also refused to tell me how large or small a company they are/were. Judging on some of the other single star posts, will not do business with them again. Very disappointed! Stay from these guys.

My check for 20 gold eagles one ounce cleared 10/10/24. Today is 12/14/24. Coins have not been shipped. If they had them in stock and were advertising them.,why weren't they shipped!,,,…?. Nate will not answer emails or communicate. BE CAREFUL VERY VERY CAREFULL if you chose to do business with GAINSVILLE. Rating subzero

Two months since my order was placed and paid for and I still haven't received the coins. Do I need to say more?

Spent close to $14k on silver, it's been almost a month and I am still waiting to receive my order. Their excuse is low inventory - why did they advertise 'in stock' if they didn't have it 'in stock'? I think they are waiting for the price of silver to drop so they can get a bigger margin.

I have not been able to find a better company like Gainesville Coins, they are simply the best, their customer service is top-notch, their prices are very competitive and shipments arrive on time, I recommend doing business with them.

This company has very well trained staff in all precious metal products, shipping arrives just on time, they have great products and handle the best prices throughout Florida.

Would like to rate Black Beard rounds I ordered! Can't do it because they still haven't arrived! Ordered over 40 days ago, talked to customer service 3 time, can't or won't let me know when they will ship! Say ship in sequence of when ordered, won't let you know what place in que you are! Can tell you customer service and shipping is very poor! Didn't hesitate to charge credit card. Hope I didn't get scammed! Will update if received.
