Shipped in time for Christmas. Web site: Too fast and too quiet. I ordered earphones because I'm hard of hearing. Pls. Adapt your speaker to this audience. Otherwise very pleased with product.
All was simple easy steps to follow, but had to keep rechecking the box for exactly which shipping method I wanted.
I have yet to give the gift and therefore cannot comment on the product itself. However, locating the item on the web site, ordering from Gadget Circuit, shipping and delivery were all very easy and fast. I look to order from Gadget Circuit again very soon!

Recieved Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 on time. Unfortunately, the box was not sealed and the standard Quick Start guide and product registration card missing. It made me wonder if product truly "new" as described, or refurbished, in which case I paid too much. I called customer service after I could not register the serial number on Samsung website, and rep stated they already did the registration. Hmmm. Hopefully it will be for a full year, not a limited refurb warranty. So far, the tablet is working okay.
