Received a gray market off camera flash that is now useless to me because it can't sync with other flashes. When I contacted Gadget Circuit they immediately changed the online description of the flash to "import" and would not do the right thing and let me return the product. I have since purchased 3 flash units from a local authorized Canon dealer. Gadget Circuit lost my respect and my business.

Handle was broke on the camcorder. I paid for overnight because I needed it. When I called and said it was broke the only option I was given was to send it back and wait 10-14 days. Unacceptable.
