STAY AWAY FROM G2A.
I purchased a license from a seller on this platform and the key stopped working shortly after activation. I contacted the seller and after 5 days they "fixed" the issue. Unfortunately, the exact same problem happened again one month later, and once again I had to wait another 6 days for the seller to restore the license.
Now the problem has happened for a third time, which clearly shows that the product I purchased is not reliable or legitimate.
What is even worse is the way G2A handles support. Instead of taking responsibility as the platform that processed the payment, they force the buyer to deal only with the seller, even when the issue repeats multiple times. When I tried to contact G2A directly, they closed my ticket and told me to communicate only with the seller, saying that any new tickets about the same issue will be closed.
This leaves the buyer completely unprotected. The seller refuses to issue a refund and only "fixes" the license temporarily each time, which means I am forced to wait 5–6 days every time the license stops working. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially when the software is something I rely on for work.
At this point it feels like I paid for a product that randomly stops working, with no real customer protection from the platform.
I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY from G2A, as if something goes wrong you may end up stuck dealing with a seller who refuses refunds and a platform that refuses to intervene.
