The external hard-drive I use with my laptop failed catastrophically. When I learned the extent of the damage, I contacted File Savers Data Recovery at the suggestion of a local IT guy who was unable to help. File Savers was able to diagnose the problem, recover the data completely, and return it all to me on a new, solid-state hard-drive in a very timely manner. Throughout the process, they kept me apprised of their progress with frequent calls, text messages, and e-mails. It was a great relief to not have to reconstruct all my files or to lose them completely.

John Taggart (owner operator of Taggart Appliance) serviced my Whirlpool gas dryer that had become noisy and then stopped working all together. He had the best lead time plus best hourly rate. He was on time, disassembled dryer and determined cause of noisy operation (tensioner roller had worn out) plus then the belt wore thru and broke. The repair kit included new drum belt, 4 new rollers and new blower belt. Even though the blower belt had not broken, it showed lots of small cracks and I wanted all probable/potential future problems addressed now in order to avoid future breakdowns. The kit he bought had a very tight drum belt, he figured the belt was mispackaged or the kit mislabeled. While the machine was apart he checked other electrical components to make sure everything was working. He got the belt on, but said something was not quite right because the drum would coast to a stop too quickly when machine was turned off. He had to make another appt and brought the correct belt and had it on in short order. The dryer now sounds and works completely normal. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, diligent and strives for complete customer satisfaction. The final cost was reasonable too. I will contact him for future appliance repairs. Bob

After 18 months of unresolved mystery symptoms (Insomnia, Fatigue etc etc) a friend recommended Dr Che Tadi of Upwey Doctors for my Wife. When he saw the list of symptoms he recognised a possible disease and set in train some blood tests and Ultrasound to check his diagnosis. He was super helpful and friendly, listened, gave generously of his time and perhaps most importantly was able to explain clearly how this and other existing ailments interracted..

I was not at home when Eban ( Technician) came to clean my gutter. He cleaned my gutter and sent me the photos of the gutter after it was cleaned. I paid for the special price of $199.00. I'm happy with the result he cleaned the weeds growing on the gutter. Job well done. I would recommend this company to my friends who would like to avail of their services.
