Unos verdaderos sin vergüenzas, ojo con esta empresa, no son nada recomendables. Eliminaron su ubicación en google para que la gente no pueda dejarles sus reseñas en Google. Intenté ejercer mi derecho de desestimiento de una reserva y no me devolvieron el importe de la pre-reserva, apenas habían pasado solo 14 días y el alquiler de la furgoneta es para dentro de 3 meses...tiempo más que suficiente para puedan volver a alquilarla en esas fechas sin perjuicio alguno.

I fulfilled and paid a reservation for a cargo van, one day only. Furgomaster sent me an email with the requirement at the moment of getting the vehicle. I met all requirements but in the vehicles office, surprisingly no Furgomaster but other popular car rental branch, they didn't let me get the vehicle because they said that for that van I needed a credit card instead of a debit card. I couldn't rent the van and I repeatedly asked Furgomaster for a refund. They don't want to pay me back because Furgomaster says that that rental car office is wrong, the credit card is not required. So, here I am, without my money, thanks Furgomaster
