I've been having trouble with having it remember my choice of 1080p, it tells me an episode (usually for mature content or maybe if it has extras) is unavailable for English uncut when I go to next episode and I have to manually skip past the extras, and I would like for it not stop to tell me it's playing the next episode. It's just overall interruptive and sour experience for my anime viewing.

It's just a generally slow, clunky, and cumbersome site, I've used this site before without issue and I got to email them and they're just useless. Try Crunchyroll, it saves my preferred quality, autoplay easily turns on and off and goes straight to the next episode, and plus it works smoothly and fast. I'm completely immersed in my anime with no complaints.

I spent over $200 in 2020 on their website. They sent me NOTHING. After multiple customer service requests, they will not even answer, though their early responses indicated that the order would be fulfilled. Beyond this, they deleted most of the information in my account. Do not deal with these CRIMINALS

Will start off by saying they have tons of good anime there, my review however is not for the anime but their horrible customer service. They have a tendency to fix what is not broken, and break what is fixed. If the customer complains they just shrug and move on.

For instance; They used to have their anime for a series like Dragon Ball Z laid on the page titled Dragon Ball Z. There would be a little pull down menu titled Season 1, 2, 3, 4... and so on. Below that were the episodes for that season, neatly laid out in a long line, that you could scroll down. When you wanted the next season you pulled down the menu and clicked the next season.

They got rid of this for a more messy jumble, where they put all the episodes from each season junked together in huge blocks, changing it without even giving us an option to decide for ourselves what format we liked best.

When I contacted them and asked about this all they did at first was copy/paste responses to me... the same one over and over. Finally after pushing for a few weeks I finally got them to seriously answer my question.

The answer: they changed it because they felt like it, and according to them could not change it back... or apparently give us the option on our end to switch between formats we liked. Something on web pages is easily done for those who log in.

I'd recommend watchcartoononline.com/ It's free and they keep their site in the same format, not changing it on a whim. The staff there is a whole lot nicer too.
