Fraudulent, unprofessional business

I ordered a costume with express delivery early December 2019. The item was sent way too late and by the cheapest post option while I had paid 15 CHF for the express delivery. None of the messages to client service was ever answered, no phone line is available, and after I returned the order (arrived too late after the intended party) in December, I never got reimbursed since! This website is a fraud.
