Hi i am super happy with the way Tom has handled my request. I signed up for a 50k challenge and after 12 hours decided to go with a smaller challenge to begin with, messaged the super support team and they accepted my request, already changed my challenge account from 50k to 6k and confirmed i will get the refund in the next few days directly in my paypal account.
