I'll start by saying this wasn't the first time of me acquiring a prop challenge account. I've tried Maven and Funding pips won't lie it wasn't due to my incompetence but they sure as hell we're manipulative and lacked proper customer support. Though their business model is also impressive cause starting a business isn't easy but they need go the extra mile just like fundednext which makes traders at ease and trade properly so I can contribute part of my success to them and I'm looking to partner with them moving forward.

I used the investor password, not knowing it gave me read-only account access. I reached out and got to know that i have to use the general password that was sent to my email. Did that and resolved my issue
I had an issue with two accounts. The support team raised two tickets. Both tickets were addressed, initially with different outcomes. I followed up and queried the outcome and the support team intervened and produced a consitent outcome. All in all really awesome, responsive, pollite and professional support.
