I ordered from From You Flowers for a food gift basket to be delivered for my mother's birthday today. They called this afternoon and said it wasn't available and asked to substitute flowers. I told them my mother was allergic which is why I wanted a food gift basket. After a 10 minute wait on hold, I was told that they can do it, but now it has to be tomorrow, the day AFTER her birthday. I wasn't pleased and they offered to credit the delivery fee and gave me a $15 gift certificate. At least they tried so I accepted and called my mother to let her know. They just called me back again 2 hours later and said that they checked with the delivery company and they can't accommodate. Can we substitute flowers? I said no and we had this conversation already. They agreed to refund me in 1-3 days, but that wasn't the point. Now I missed my mother's birthday after she lost both her husband and other son this past year and I had to order again rushed from somewhere else to make it 2 days late. In our discussions, it seemed as if this is old had for them and I will never use them again so if any wants a $15 gift certificate, please let me know.

It was easy for this old lady and your arrangements are just lovely. HOWEVER, I sent them to my NIECE, not to myself. So it is difficult for me to assess anything with regard to the arrival, condition and quality of the arrangement as your questions indicated. Your follow up questions referred to me as the receiver of this bouquet here in NC when it is my niece in CA who should be receiving it. I hope I don't go to my front door and find a bunch of flowers that I didn't order for me!
