A little surprised by the "Service and Handling Fees"
Not exactly loving what I saw that was delivered as opposed to what I saw in the picture. I ordered the deluxe because the notes said that it was most realistic to the picture shown.

Paid extra for the "Deluxe" option. Per the website it was supposed to be considerably larger. What I received was not very large. I feel I was overcharged for the item I received.

I don't usually order flowers to be delivered so this was my 1st experience with doing it. I thought it was a little pricey, but I also was super thankful that you did SAME DAY! So I didn't mind too much for what it cost. And my friend LOVED the arrangement.
