Being overseas on deployment, I placed an order for our 22nd wedding anniversary a week before the anniversary. The flowers were not delivered to my wife on the day of the anniversary. I called to find out the status of my order, I was told they could not find a local floral delivery. Since the flowers were not delivered, I asked for a refund. I was put on hold for a manager to have the funds refunded to my account. After 15 minutes on hold, I was told the manager will call me. I told the Rep there was no need for the manager to call me, I just wanted my money refunded to my CC. Six days later, I was called and told that they can't refund me and told me they will send me flowers, instead. I told the manager, I did not need any flowers anymore. She said that the flowers are already on the way. After a very long discussion and argument, she said that the flowers have been ordered to go out today. I was totally appalled by the conversation. It was like the whole thing was my fault. I told the manager, that I did not want the money nor the flowers and promised her that I will write about my bitter experience with "youflowers.com". I called my wife and she said that the flowers are here and it looks like they were picked up from trash and delivered. I felt so humiliated and ashamed on top of $80 that I spent. I thought to share my experience with all the other customers so, they won't be scammed by such a deceitful proprietor. This malicious act can break up a good relationship.

I ordered after you offered to waive the delivery fee. I would have gone with another company if you hadn't. $17 for same day delivery and shipping charges is insane. I would have been happier if i could have had the same day delivery free but waiting one day wasn't that big of a deal breaker.

Site does not work very well on cellphone. Essential details for card requiring 'scroll up' is too close to mechanism for erasing web page. I am giving you a SECOND CHANCE: a recent delivery of red roses was received upside down with damaged flowers UNDER heavier glass vase. And then replaced when I complained.
Update SECOND CHANCE: Delivery of this order was on time and arrived safely. The bouquet was to be white alstroemeria with pink striations, and pink roses. The selected florist apparently did not have enough of the white alstroemerias so there were some of those with the roses, but lots of solid pink alstroemeria added in place of the special ones. Still beautiful but not as pictured. Recipient was pleased and sent a photograph.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
