I went to the website to check the status of the order (approx. 5:45pm), and the website said it was delivered. However, when I checked with the intended recipient, the flowers were not there. I'm wondering if the local vendor in NJ reported them delivered, to make the promised delivery time (before 6pm), but they were not delivered until 6:45pm. This is not a huge issue... the flowers got there. But it was the cause of me having to call the ForYouFlowers folks, holding for 16 minutes, giving up, and then using the Live Chat feature at their website. They were in the process of calling the local vendor when I let them know the flowers had arrived after all. I know it's a busy time, but the vendor should not report them delivered when they are not.
I have already discussed my dissatisfaction with your customer service department. The flowers delivered to my daughter-in-law look nothing like the ones I ordered and paid for. They are not the same color, the arrangement is very sparse compared to the picture, there is a ribbon around the vase on the one I ordered which is not there on the one delivered. I do not want my daughter-in-law contacted on this--she has just lost a loved one and I think this would make her even more upset. I am satisfied that the Customer Service person handled it very well.
Flowers went to my daughter in Louisville. I live in Pa and chose you because I saw the bouquet I wanted. She loved flowers but said base was wrapped in burlap and when she watered it water seeped thru the burlap. The arrangement I ordered was a metal container with metal leaf and twine tied around it. Not happy it didn't come in that. We were to come to my for Thanksgiving but illness kept us at home. Disappointed as it was a 'wish we were there' bouquet.
My daughter loved he lavender roses. However they arrived a day late for her birthday

Would rather a higher price than a 14.99 service fee that didn't show up till the end of check out. And the flowers showed up on time but edges are burned and most are wilted.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
