After I purchased the flowers, the next day after I asked about the picture of the arrangement, I was told that service was not available. I asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 10th. I ordered on the 8th.
I was shocked when I asked the recipient if the flowers came and she said they didn't get there until

My friends let me order flower arrangement to send to a dear friend funeral service. I ordered from the web site FROMYOUFLOWER.COM the premium arrangements $144. We could not believe what they sent to the funeral. It was an arrangement with dry green leaves, not have much flower neither where was lavender as our choice. My friend family was shock to receive such flower and sent the pic to us for the appreciation.
I am sorry I reacted so fast. I checked with the hospital. To find that the flowers were delivered to nurses station. They held the flowers for hours. I talked to a girl and got her to take them to my daughter. Outstanding service on Flowers for You. Start to finish and follow up. Thank you so much.

** UPDATE ** My family sent us pictures of their center pieces they received. Two of them were GORGEOUS. The one to in Liverpool NY I was completely dissatisfied. The picture shows the RED CANDLE which made the center piece very festive. She got a WHITE CANDLE, which took away from the arrangement. For this reason I updated my ratings to lower scores and I am not sure if I will order again from "fromyou flowers". I'm really not happy with the changing of the center piece I bought. I selected it due to the pictures and what I was expecting to get.
I saw the price at $29.99 but after I typed all info in, it only went down to $31.99 for two items. Shipping/delivery costs for 2 items to the same address is a little steep. BUT.they all look beautiful. I hope they are as nice as the picture.
I went through several sites before deciding to use, From You Flowers. Right away I was attracted to the Fact that they advertised "FREE DELIVERY", a savings of $14.99 and Same Day Delivery. I picked out a Plant for a Graveside Funeral so my friends would have a keepsake to take home. When I arrived Graveside I was so disappointed and felt very cheap as the Plant that I ordered and upgraded was very small and kind of skimpy looking. At least there were no dead leaves on the Plant. When I went to pay, they had added on the $14.99 (free delivery). They asked for a code of which I spent lots of time looking for a code or how to cancel the order I had already given my Credit Card Info. For, to no avail. After much attempt, the site was not available anymore and I went back to my E-mail to start over. I did not want to get charged twice so I finally I placed a call to ask about the Code and the Order. The customer help person kept asking me for the Code again and again. I kept scrolling up and down, and back and forth looking for it and I read everything to them several times and told them, there is "No Code".
Again so time consuming! Finally they put me on hold for several more minutes before reconnecting with me to let me know they found a code that they could apply. I thanked them a couple of times and told them how much I appreciated the help in getting me the $14.99 discount. They were polite and told me to have a Nice Day. I felt satisfied as it was the website that did not offer the code, not the
Customer care dept. Then I got to the Gravesite the next day and I looked around and there was this SPARSE Plant. It's a shame that they do not deliver what they advertise, as I doubt that I would use them again. You should not have to Apologize to the family in mourning, for the slight of the plant that you paid for.
The flowers were boxed up and had tape around it even the flowers themselves were taped together never seen or had this happened before
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
