Better than 1-800 flowers. Used to use them all the time, before one of their vendors gave my wife a crappy bouquet and then wanted the flowers returned. Your company did much better.

Love selections for Christmas! Used your service once last year. Hoping again all goes well with your product, freshness plus delivery. My family in another state south of, NC, us received the delivery today. They sent me a picture, Even though it looked pretty, it was different from the "Christmas Spirit" picture. I realize warmer parts of our country don't have pine cones & same greenery, but I was slightly upset to see it looked different from ordering photo. There were added carnations of pinks and whites with the original red, which was fine. All said and done my family said it was gorgeous and such a surprise, so for that I'm happy.

It was fast. It was delivered as promised. It was a beautiful bouquet. Although it was not exactly as pictured, my daughter was satisfied. It was supposed to be delivered in a steel bucket, but came in a flowered vase instead.
I ordered the flowers for friends that were having an open house this evening. The one I ordered was suppose to be a centerpiece with roses pine, and longer and spread out more. I was disappointed and probably will go back to Teleflora, as they have always sent what I ordered.

You said the price was $23.99 on the page for the item, but in my order the price is $29.99, which is what I ended up paying.
Update -- Flowers were not delivered on the same day as I had paid for. I had to call the recipient the next day to confirm they had received anything at all (which they hadn't). So my surprise was ruined because the driver for the florist had issues the day it was supposed to be delivered.

Order was not receive within the same day as it was paid to be done and did not receive. Product that was not to the quality shown in picture during the order process.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
