My mother was very happy with the flower arrangement.
Place an order 5 days in advance and was charged the same day... never received the flowers... they say they can't find the order even thou I have the email and confirmation number... still charged for the flowers... people... this business sucks... how can you be charged for a product but they can't find the order... needless to say. Birthday has no balloon or flowers... thank God I got the cake from someone different. If you want flower for your special occasion... order from someone else!

I Was very disappointed with the plant that was delivered to the funeral home. The plant that I ordered was not what was delivered. It was a tiny plant. The plant was about 6 inches. The picture on online order did not look nothing like what was delivered and It was too expensive. When I looked for the plant at the funeral home i could not find it. Now I know why it was very small. The next day I saw the plant and I felt very sad to see what was delivered. If I would have known that I would have purchased from somewhere else. I will never purchase from there any more. Please change pictures on your online order to match what is actually delivered.

I was disappointed that i had to leave to actually get the deal that was why i thought to send my mom flowers for no reason in the first place. Not a big deal just. A little annoying.
That being said the flowers were pretty and my mom was surprised and pleased and that was all I really wanted in the end.

The price was good - discounted. However the over all product was NOT what we got,it was different flowers not in the picture instead of small roses I got carnations and upper portion of flower cake was 1/2 the size as shown in picture.Cake shaped is a cake not a cup cake.
