I received a picture of the flowers from the person that I sent them to and they looked nothing like the picture on the web. For the money I paid I expected much better. Really disappointed. I would probably use a different flower service next time.

I want to apologize, I purchased 3 orders for delivery Friday Jan 10th. When the first order arrived I realized that apparently I purchase a Birthday cookies (not knowing). It was suppose to be a Thank you Gift. Also my signature card was hidden... the recipient didn't find it to much later and by that time I had already called and complained. However the note was there after all. My mistake for purchasing birthday cookies and complaining. The remainder of my 2 orders also delivered and I as very happy with the results. I will be using your services again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
