The flowers weren't the same as the picture of flowers I ordered and weren't received in time to be enjoyed at the work place

Very satisfied with the ease of ordering and timeliness of delivery.

I like that it was quick and easy. Good selections. My aunt received the fruit basket and was thrilled. She said it was beautiful.

Always great service and arrangements

When called for the payment confirmation the lady made it sound like a scam call. What is your name? Address? Phone number? If she was going to re ask for a credit card number I was going to say cancel or hang up as it is unusual. Delivery time was past 5 pm was expecting before 5 maybe 3-4.

Upon opening the flowers, they seemed thin in the filler flowers. The color in your picture of these filler flowers were lavender. My order had white ones. Not many of those at all.

Thank you...that was so easy! My friend loved the flowers and liked the idea that she had a happy face mug for the future. I sent her that arrangement because she has such a happy personality! I've sent arrangements from your florist before and have always been very pleased.

Thank you for your beautiful selections when my aunt received her flowers I was a little surprised that the arrangement wasn't as big as the pictures I saw online and I paid for the medium size not the small size

I had no idea what the additional expedited delivery service fee related to so removed it. This needs to be made more clear. When I pay for a product or service and delivery thats all I expect not additional fees for unknown reasons.

Ease - good choices

Great selection and the discounts are very enticing, but forcing me into spending more because of my shipping area, plus adding on a large handling fee should be made more clear upfront. I continued with my order because I don't have the time to start from scratch on another site, but maybe that's part of your strategy... the flowers delivered to my friend were beautiful though.

I hate how it tells you the price of the flowers and then the delivery & handling fees totally jack the price up - not transparent at all and SUPER annoying. Also, don't know why a Monday delivery is charged extra for "weekend / holiday" - it's not a weekend OR a holiday.

I found a beautiful arrangement that had the colors and flowers that the recipient loves. It was easy to place an order. The only issue I had want the inability to set a time for delivery. I typed a note in a vacant space. Hope it works!

Depends on if flowers are good quality and received as promised. Website was good.

Update: flowers were received for a mother's death. Daughter said they are beautiful.

Easy web access and process to order. In the future I would know to order flowers further ahead of the occasion. The 'same day delivery ' I thought would happen on Saturday could not be delivered until Monday early evening.

This feels are high along with high delivery
