The plant was for a friend's Mother's funeral in another town which we were not able to attend. Our friends thought the arrangement was very beautiful and a great memorial for their Mother.

Excellent products and offers. It would be helpful if the emailed "offers" had a code or something. I have two in my inbox that I couldn't use on my recent order as they didn't have a way to be applied online.
I thought it was very easy and the flowers are gorgeous! Good selection!
Very satisfied. The wreath arrangement was picture perfect.
Selections are nice but it would be so much better if you would disclose on the first page the handling/service fee. I did check local florists and their prices are similar. The flowers my daughter received were more lovely than I expected, but what matters most is she loved them!

First let me say that I have used this service before without issue for a relative in Ohio - I am sure the problem lies with the vendor chosen to prepare & deliver in my area of Las Vegas, Nevada. I already sent an email complete with photos to your customer service. The flowers received looked nothing like the picture online. There were 9 purple roses - picture showed 12; there were two other kinds of little purple and blue flowers in the picture - we got babies breath. The bow in the picture was just the right size for the arrangement - the bow on the actual flowers overpowered the small group of flowers received. The mylar balloon was received already deflated as if it had sat around in a hot car all afternoon/evening. I received an email saying that it was delivered at 3:20 in the afternoon and we had to call and complain. It was then delivered at 8:30 that evening. Customer service promised a 30% refund which I am sure will come through on my credit card. I am just really disappointed that I purchased Purple Morning Melody in the Premium version and received a substandard product that didn't live up to what I thought I would get for the $90+ bill.
Everything was great but the person who received the flowers said that my signature wasnt at the bottom of the message. Other than that everything was perfect thanks for everything.
Great place to order flowers or gifts
My mother in law received the flowers and sent me the picture to me. It looked totally diffrent than what I picked! The main flowers looked old and they used cheap florals to replace the pink roses. They didn't put enough flowers that I paid for it. Soooo disappointed! I will never order it again. :(
