Excellent service and quick delivery
Quick and easy service. The website was easy to use especially on mobile. It was great to be able to send a special gift to a friend hundreds of miles away. I'll definitely use this service again.

The site was easy to navigate, and shipping was quick and easy! I would have liked a list of products included in the basket, even if it was with the caveat that some may be substituted out if needed; it was hard to tell from the pictures what was included in what level of the basket. The note came handwritten, which was a nice touch.
The service fee should be in with the price of the flowers! I should have known.
AFTER I placed the order,I received an e-mail offering free delivery. That was $14.99 I could have saved in the ordering process.
Stated the delivery was at a SCHOOL. Delivery was at 4:06 (on a Friday), so the flowers sat in the office and did not get delivered until Monday morning.

I sent a fruit basket, instead of flowers. The recipient (an older gentleman) was happy when it arrived, and thankful. Although I didn't personally see the basket, I understand it was a beautiful arrangement of fruit and he couldn't wait to eat some of it.

There was a discount code at the beginning of my order--when I got to the end I could not find the discount code to apply. I finally gave up. Please correct the part of your website which will automatically apply a discount code if one applies. Thank you. Order number******* was a very small, wilted bunch of flowers. I paid the higher price to upgrade the order to "premium" or whatever your top choice is called. There are 3-4 partially wilted roses, wilted purple stock, and a small purple vase. I was so disappointed. The first order which went to Emily Vernick appeared to be fresher, nicer--she was happy. I don't understand the difference between the two orders.

Flowers looked awful on delivery. I actually apologized to my recipient. What a mess.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
