I'm glad I looked at this web site, I just canceled an order because they didn't deliver same day like they said they did.
I have used from you flowers several previous times and have always been totally pleased.
My most recent purchase was for flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral. Even though it was a painful time for us all, the flowers were beautiful.

Super easy and quick, to order. I ordered them for my mother in law's birthday, she sent me a picture of them and they looked beautiful. Ps. They arrived before lunch time so that was a plus.
The flowers I purchased needed to arrive before noon and they did not show up until 2:30. I paid for the Expedited service to have them delivered early but they were not. I call customer support and they contacted the florist and the reason they gave was that they were swamped. Customer support did refund the expedited fee but now I may think twice about using fromyouflowers.com.

Terrible service! Stay away! Flowers did not arrive on my best friend's birthday and still haven't arrived as I type this the following day. I've called several times, they will not give me a full refund! They do not back up their 100% satisfaction gurarantee that they claim on their website! And, they tack on $14.99 to your order for "shipping/service fee" plus $1.99 for same day fee! MOST imporant was that my friend did not recieve anything from me on her big day, because of poor service. UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I always read reviews before purchasing anything, but time didn't allow this time. I wont make that mistake again.
PRODUCTS RECEIVED DAY AFTER BEST FRIENDS BIRTHDAY, THEY COULD NOT FIND A FLORIST NEARBY TO DO THE SAME DAY, AND I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT, BUT THEY DID APOLOGIZE.

There were two issues that would prevent me from recommending or using your service again:
1. The flowers delivered were not as shown in the photo.
2. It appeared the flowers were hastily placed in the vase with very little effort or knowledge of how to arrange them... very aesthetically unbalanced and unpleasing.
