Worked well, It would be nice to specify a delivery time preference like after 2 pm or something would have been nice for me, maybe impractical though. (It worked nice for me though).
Also for some reason a happy birthday balloon ended up with my order and it wasn't the person's birthday so that was a little weird so I don't know what happened there but working out that would probably be great.

The flowers did not match the description of the items bought. The vase wasn't nearly the description. My mother loved the flowers but for the money I was disappointed in the difference between why I ordered and the actual delivery.

Flowers and balloon came and my wife was very happy. The bouquet lasted long enough for me to enjoy it after I returned home (~ 5 days) The flowers are still on the table after 10 days.
Nice choices and easy to use website
The order placing process was very easy. I had a coupon that I applied. The flowers were delivered to my friend and they sent me a picture. They were beautiful. I placed the order on Friday morninig and they were delivered on Sat before noon.
My shopping experience was good; however, the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday 1/24 and about 5:30 in the evening I received a call that they were unable to deliver the flowers until Saturday which was okay but I really wanted my sister to get them on Friday when I wasn't home. As it turned out, she wasn't home when they arrived so I had to take them in. All in all though, the customer service was good and the young lady I spoke with was very apologetic. I was given a gift certificate but I'm no sure I will use it.
Price was different from what was originally listed and then the delivery charge was not shown until final view, I went ahead because I needed to get something sent and did not have time to keep searching.
Plants were sent to my sister and she said they are really nice.

I was pleased with the choices and very quick delivery same day. Ordered at noon, delivered by 2. Would have been five stars, but flowers my mom received were not very similar to pictures. I paid for deluxe but she received basic. Lots of greenery. Was expecting more buds. Nice, just not what I had expected.
