You sent an email asking confirmation of receiving our order. We sent flowers out of state to a funeral. We are not able to confirm, with great detail, How the arrangement was or when it was received. We do know the party received the flowers.

Shopping was easy. Customer service fantastic. A little disappointed with same day fee, and service/handling fee! Thank goodness no delivery fee was added. I'm out of town and do not get to see bouquet. Hope it's beautiful! Update: very fresh, vibrant flowers. Bouquet a bit less full than picture indicates.

I purchased flowers for over $100 for a co-worker who's sister had died. We are in Texas, the delivery was in Inglewood, CA. Well my co-worker comes back and he tells me the family didn't get any flowers from us! OMG, I've called them at least 5 times. Apparently they can't release the "name" of the florist they used. I had set up the flowers to be delivered on Jan 21st the day before the viewing. I come to find out that the "florist" called the moturary and that they supposedly told them the viewing was that evening so they delivered the flowers that day! Needless to say, the flowers never got to my co-workers family! This company did not take responsiblity at all whatsoever! Why ask what day you want delivered if you are just going to deliver them on your accord! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THEM!
