The flowers had to arive a day late due to not finding a shop. Part of the cost i paid for delivery should have been refunded.

I sent these flowers as a gift. They were delivered on time. My "giftee" reports that the driver was very courteous, and the flowers were fresh and beautiful.

I want to know what the shipping and handling fees are BEFORE I do any such purchasing. THESE FEES are a big part of the budgeting and decision-making process. PLEASE fix this. Otherwise it is seen as sneaky.

It was a nice arrangement buy I think it could be better, beautiful like the one in the web page photo. The internet page is nice and friendly but the arrangement don't look like the page.

Flower arrangement was no where close to the picture advertised. Ordered the winter rose. Picture was loaded with roses. Actual arrangement had half or less the Roses and lots of fillers. Disappointed on paying $62 for such an arrangement. Offered me $10 off next order which I'll never use for a disappointing display of flowers. I'd shop elsewhere. Go to local florist yourself..
Okay so far. A little surprised at the "service fee". My daughter, who unexpectedly is in the hospital, cried upon the bears arrival. She said it was perfect since I can't be there with her.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
