Customers services were very good in chasing up my issue as the flowers were late, which I accept is down to the local florist doing the delivery and not the website. They were happy to refund me my expedited charge as my flowers were not delivered by 12pm as I'd originally asked.
I loved the ease at which I could order flowers for delivery especially as its so hard for me to send things to my mum in California from the United Kingdom without it costing an arm and a leg in postage and was impressed with the same day delivery.
Sent this as a gift to a friend to cheer them up. She loved them!

Overall, my mom loved the flowers! The only issue was that the card was written with just one typo (I used a special character that is used in Spanish and it was omitted). Other than that, she loved it. :)
I was not completely satisfied with my selection,I wanted a Spray for the top of the casket but price was not in my range.
Wasn't't happy about the shipping and handling fee...ouch that was $$$
