Surprise at the end that the price listed did not include delivery

I did not see the flowers as were sent from across the country to a colleague entering hospice care for cancer

Appreciated you had option for purple flowers as these were meaningful as our "team" color

Flowers were not delivered on time and the reschedule date was missed I finally called and some how they botched the initial delivery date and the reschedule date.I did however receive a free upgrade which was nice.

The basket on the website was much bigger than the one that was actually recieved. For a 60.00 basket i didnt feel like it had 60.00 worth of items in it. It was suppose to have a mixture of candy, cookies, chips and nuts and it looked like a basket of just candy. I was a little disappointed that it was so different from what i thought i was getting..

My daughter is in the military and I was not aware that the address I had was a PO Box. Customer service called me to get the matter cleared up, but in the mean time the delivery man contacted my daughter via her number and the beautiful arrangement was delivered. In the end it all worked out, but I love how Fromyouflowers.com was willing to go the extra mile to get those flowers delivered...Thank you from a Mom that couldn't be there for her daughters graduation!
