The colors of the flowers were not as bright as the ones in the website photo, plus roses were substituted for tulips. (The recipient sent me a photo). Those were my main disappointments. But the recipient was happy and she received them on time and that's what matters.

I ordered the florist bouquet which did not turn out as nice I had hoped for the money paid. I would not consider this a From You Flowers issue per se but an issue with the local business that they contracted through. This was a small arrangement when I thought I was upgrading to a larger arrangement.

Not at all happy with the arrangement received, I paid extra for a premium arrangement which looked nothing like the nice full picture on the website. And now I notice they didn't use any water at all overnight, so they aren't fresh so I'll need to re-cut them already. The complaint I filled resulted in a 20% refund and money off on another order. I should have stuck with Proflower's like I usually do, I had one bad purchase from them out of many and they shipped a completely fresh arrangement the next day.
