I ordered and paid for gaurenteed delivery before noon I called the csr department 2 times because it didn't get there till after 3pm The customer service is rude the manager I spoke with was terrible they would not refund my money they basically said it will be there when it gets there. I would never buy from them again and I would not recommend there services!

The website was easy to use and the prices are decent
I know availability of types and varieties of flowers vary region to region or even floral shop to shop; however, I was a little disappointed in the alternative colors used in the arrangement. The color scheme ended up being more Christmas like instead of a more colorful, spring birthday arrangement that I had anticipated. The quality and delivery time were excellent and my mother really liked the arrangement so, if she's happy, I'm happy.

I am new to this site but will use it again. I was pleased with the product but thought it was expensive compared to calling it in to a florist direct...The price did not come up until the very last thing. Put the price up front as far as delivery and handleing charges. Thank you
