I was a little put off by the fact that delivery was unable to be made the next day even though the order was placed in the morning of the day before. Other than that, the experience was good.

Today, I found out that the flowers arrived in the am on 3/13/14. And that the bereaved family is very happy with my selection. They used the flowers for the viewing. The only problem I had was that your corporate office told me yesterday that the flowers arrived at 4pm(PST). And of course, I was not happy about that. So, I can only conclude that there is a communication disconnect between the corporate office and the actual florist. The bottom line is that I will use your service again and I will recommend you to others.
