I chose same day delivery and completed my order online, and got a call later saying they couldn't find a florist in the area to deliver that day, so I agreed to next day with an apologize note for being late (was for birthday)then got a call saying the florist in the area didn't have what I wanted, so agreed to something close with a upgrade. I feel it was partly my fault for waiting til last minute but Nana got her flowers and I was told they were beautiful. And it did seem they did their best to get my order as close as wanted with a nice upgrade, plan to use them again next week but not last minute ordering.
