Convenient
The site would not accept my same day service request even though I was within the time limit of before 3pm. Then an email came at 10am saying the flowers were delivered although they were actually received at 4:30pm. However, the bouquet itself was exquisite and the recipient was thoroughly delighted. So I am satisfied with the product, but wary of the delivery claims.
I did not get exactly what I ordered but the arrangement that was delivered was actually prettier than what I'd chosen. It was similar so maybe it is just this year's version. Beautiful, high quality and super fresh! Thank you!
Did not know about the $14.99 service charge until checkout, so was surprised. That is not something that is mentioned on the main pages. Appreciated the discount as that helped cover that charge.
