The flowers although beautiful were not exactly as the picture on the website. I did pay extra for the full arrangement so I was shocked to see that the arrangement had less flowers and not as full as the picture I used to purchase and pay extra for.
Sent a very beautiful bouquet in a *very* good time schedule - it was delivered within 5 hours of placing our order, for only a small extra charge. I would suggest shopping around for the best discount code though - I didn't see until after placing my order that a no delivery charge promotion was available. But we were still extremely happy with the quality and value of the flowers provided.
I heard from the recipient who was very pleased. Said it made her day. However, it would be nice if a photograph of what is finally put together is sent to the sender who usually only sees the online photo. In my experience the container or flowers could change due to unavailability or because of the season. Just a thought!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
