Somewhere communication between your company and florist was not good. What I ordered is not what got delivered - not sure who's fault it was exactly. Your customer service gave me a partial refund. No happy with this experience at all.

I am very disappointed with this company. I paid the $4 for expedited service -- order was to be delivered by 10:00AM. After 2 calls, 3 checks of the internet site my daughter called to tell me the flowers arrived just about 4:45. The company will reimburse the $4 but that is not the point. My order was placed 10 days ahead of time. Surely they did not care about my order or their customer service.
Delivery was a little pricy but overall great experience.
