Was told that it would be Sunday delivery, was contacted and they said they would do saturday delivery, contacted again and told it would be Monday delivery. Was not compensated at all. These flowers i bought so they would deliver Sunday for my niece who just lost her mother and her mother's birthday was on Sunday. It was imperative they got delivered on Sunday. VERY DISAPOINTED!
Well the SHOPPING experience was great. Great looking product at great price. I was NOT thrilled with not knowing the "bottom line" price until the last page. That should be "up front". Now we'll see if it's delivered to the right place on time...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
