Wish there were no delivery fee
Delivery was excellent but I will not shop this site again for the following reasons:
- The product delivered was not what was ordered. It was nice but very much different from what I expected to have delivered. The arrangement I ordered showed a tall narrow yellow vase and what was delivered was a short square brownish ugly vase (if you call it that). The arrangement also varied by an unacceptable amount.
- The Customer Service response to the issue was not acceptable.
