The local partner didn't have the flowers I asked for, and they didn't get delivered on the day I asked, but you gave me a half-off refund and plenty of emails and phone calls to resolve it as best as possible.
The order was delivered a day late, for a birthday gift. I was told I would recieve a credit back to my MasterCard but what I actually got was a credit for flowers that will expire long before I have the need to send flowers again. That kinda lowered my rating of the service.

I feel like that flowers that were delivered was a regular bouquet and we paid for a premium bouquet. Customer service did send a $10 certificate, they also said that they would credit back to my card 20% refund.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
