I felt the on line photo of the Spring Floral Garden arrangement I selected misrepresented what was actually delivered. I was expecting a bouquet filled from all sides and it only had flowers on one side. There were but 2 sunflowers in the whole arrangement. More filler than flowers. Very imbalanced. I also paid the extra fee to have them delivered before noon the same day. The order was initiated on line before 6 am. I called at ~12:05pm and was told they would arrive "shortly." I called again at ~1:10pm and was told "1:30pm." Delivery was made at 1:30pm. The web site was easy to navigate, but I was very disappointed in Wesley Chapel Florists execution. The enclosed greeting was correct, but each word was started with a capital letter giving it a strange look. The flowers were ordered for a work congratulatory celebration for my supervisor and I think the florist fell short of my expectations.

I wish I had the option to edit the order itself (not just billing/shipping info) when I get to checkout. I had to restart completely a couple of times, but aside from that I loved it! So many choices (:

My ordered was not fulfilled on the day that i had requested it to be done. I received a phone call the next day informing me of the issue, the person on the phone offered to fulfil the order on that day and send it to the recipient. I didn't get confirmation of the delivery until almost 6pm and only after i sent an email around 4:30 pm asking someone to look into it. I was frustrated with lack of effort to communicate with me the day the flowers were actually delivered. I would think after a mishap of not fulfilling an order for a particular day the company would be more eager to make sure that I was kept informed on the process. Even though I love the arrangements, I am not sure if i will order from them again because of the lapse in communication.

Although I was happy with the timely delivery, I felt duped when I clicked on the final order and the price was nearly 50% more than advertised. I don't mind paying extra for the services I pick, this is understandable, but I do not like hidden fees. I will use a different service next time.
