Wish the handling charge wasn't so expensive. The two account reps that helped me straighten out a few glitches at the Florists' end were fabulous! Very impressive and although there were a few problems, both followed up as I asked and the three recipients of the arrangement were thrilled with them. I have opened an account online and I plan on using you exclusively as my "Go-To" online Flower Company!
I can't leave you a video because although I have brushed my teeth today and washed my face, I haven't combed my hair and I am still in my nightgown. Believe you, me -- not filming a video of me - well, consider it a hugh favor I have given you.
The delivery time issue was not the fault of "fromyouflowers", but that of the delivery service in the Missoula, MT area which stopped delivering on Sunday. I don't have a problem with that either, it was just the expectation that was not realized. I will be aware of that limitation in the future and order accordingly.
The upgrade that "fromyouflowers" provided was generous and caused my elderly friend to cry with happiness and enjoyment. So, thank you for your great service, and I will be happy to order from you in the future. Lynne Summers

I have completed the survey based on a second delivery of flowers. The first delivery was totally unacceptable and a complete embarassment to me. Thank you for correcting this by sending another arrangement which was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had ordered.
I found something that I liked after much searching. I thought that most of your offerings looked the same and were boring. The reason that I would not necessarily recommend the site to others but would return is that I receive a corporate discount here.

Overall very good, I'd have liked to have added a happy birthday balloon to the order, but that option wasn't available against the particular bouquet I ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
